The ripe cherries are handpicked and delivered to the Kyarumba collection centre before being transported to Agri Evolve’s Central Coffee Mill in Nyabirongo.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt the mill, the cherries are floated and placed into sealed tanks for a \u003cstrong\u003e72-hour anaerobic fermentation\u003c\/strong\u003e.
